A clearer handover is part of good design.
The work may be finished. The delivery still takes care.
Clients need to know where to look, what they are opening and which material belongs to the stage they are reviewing. Designlogger helps you present that work in a more consistent way.
Bring the right links together.
Your tools already do the work: Figma holds the interface, Drive holds the presentation, and other platforms hold videos, documents or technical files. Designlogger brings their links into a project structure you can share with your client.
Make each delivery easier to navigate.
Group deliverables within project phases, so a concept presentation and a later handover have distinct places. Clients can return to the relevant project stage rather than piece together the history from separate messages.
Keep your existing tools.
There is no deliverable-file migration to complete before you begin. Keep ownership and source-file access in the platforms you use, and add the relevant links to Designlogger. Source-platform permissions still apply.
Keep email in the workflow.
Some clients prefer an email. Copy Email Block, included in Solo and Pro, prepares the project details and deliverable links for your own message. Paste the block into your email application, review it and send.
Built at Formeta Design.
Designlogger grew from the work of a design studio managing different clients, project stages and output types. We wanted a practical way to keep deliverable links together and make client sharing clearer. That studio perspective remains at the center of the product.
Useful across design disciplines.
Industrial design: presentations, renderings, CAD references and technical documents.
UX/UI: interfaces, prototypes, asset links and development references.
Brand design: concept decks, identity guidelines and final asset folders.

Why use Designlogger alongside Drive or Notion?
Drive stores your files. Notion can host a flexible project page. Designlogger gives repeated client handovers a dedicated project-and-phase structure.
| Delivery task | A Drive folder or Notion page | Designlogger |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare a handover | Choose your structure and assemble the links and explanations. | Group deliverable links in the relevant client project and phase. |
| Prepare the email | Build your own message or reusable template. | Copy Email Block prepares project details and links on Solo and Pro. |
| Find an earlier delivery | Return to the folder or maintain your own page history. | Browse project phases to return to the links from that stage. |
| Keep a fixed file version | Use the source platform’s versioning or an exported file. | Link to the versioned or exported source file. A saved link does not freeze it. |
All three approaches can be useful. Choose the structure that fits how often you deliver and how much you want to prepare manually.
