Answers about client deliveries, files, access and plans.
What is Designlogger?
Designlogger is a client delivery portal for designers and studios. It brings external deliverable links into client projects and phases, helping teams present work and return to material from earlier stages.
Does Designlogger store my deliverable files?
Original deliverable files remain on the platforms you link to. Designlogger stores project information, phase information and external links. You can also upload optional cover images for visual identification.
Which tools can I use?
Add shareable links from Figma, Google Drive, Notion, Miro, Vimeo and other tools. These are external links; listing a tool does not imply a native integration, automatic synchronization or built-in preview for every file type.
What is a phase?
A phase groups the links and context for a project stage, such as a concept presentation, revision or final handover. Use a structure that fits your project.
How do clients access the portal?
Invite the client user and assign them to the appropriate client area. The current portal workflow uses sign-in. Access is assigned at client level, so check the projects available in that area before adding an external recipient.
Does portal access also give access to Drive or Figma?
No. Source-platform permissions are separate. Make sure the recipient can open each linked file on its original platform. A visible link does not override the file owner’s access settings.
Can I send the delivery by email?
On Solo and Pro, Copy Email Block prepares a formatted block with your logo, date, project number and deliverable links. Paste it into your email application, review the message and send it yourself. Designlogger does not send that email on your behalf.
Does a saved link preserve the exact file version?
No. If linked content changes, the recipient may see those changes. For a fixed handover, use an exported or versioned file on the source platform and keep its access available.
Can I find previous deliverables?
Browse the project’s phases to return to previously added links. Continued file access depends on the source platform, the link remaining available and the recipient’s permissions.
What is included in Free?
Up to 3 clients, 3 projects per client, the phase-based workflow and 1 shared user per client.
What do Solo and Pro include?
Solo is $12.90/month or $129/year: unlimited clients and projects, unlimited shared users per client and Copy Email Block. Pro is $39/month or $390/year and adds up to 5 teammate seats. Compare plans →
How are paid subscriptions handled?
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Review the price, billing interval and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Available purchase options appear in the application.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Use the subscription-management link provided by Paddle to cancel future renewals. For refund requests, use paddle.net or the support link in your purchase receipt. Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Read the Refund Policy →
