These Terms govern your use of Designlogger (“Service”). By accessing or using Designlogger, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use Designlogger responsibly and not engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not upload malicious content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or misuse client sharing or access features.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, system architecture, and platform infrastructure are the property of Formeta Design.
You retain full ownership of any content or data you upload or reference within Designlogger.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access to the service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may affect availability.
7. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated. You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Designlogger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
